Giannis Konstantinou has 25 years of experience in the legal profession as a consultant, but mainly as a most successful litigator, covering an impressively wide range of business law cases.

For many years he acted as the head of the legal department of a listed company in the food and beverage field and handled mergers, acquisitions as well as commercial lease and franchise agreements.

For a period of two years, he acted as an external Legal Advisor to the Management of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) and was responsible for supporting the Fund in litigation matters pertaining to public tenders and solving complex issues arising from the effort to utilize the Fund’s assets.

Further, for a period of seven years he acted as external Legal Advisor to a venture capital company that is a subsidiary of a Greek commercial bank responsible with handling its litigation matters. And today he acts as a legal Advisor, among others, to a Greek subsidiary of a leading French multinational group in the field of construction materials.

He handles most demanding mandates in the field of commercial law, public tenders, property law and lease agreements, commercial and international arbitration, as well as corporate and financial crime.

His clients, represented mostly before the Supreme Court of cassation, include, indicatively, prominent entrepreneurs, Greek groups of companies in key positions in the field of car, sales and distribution, exports and the energy sector, international banking groups concerning specialized matters of commercial and stock exchange law, as well as directors of banks and other listed companies in complex matters of financial crime.
