Athanasia (Celia) Magklara

Athanasia holds an LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace. Her practice focuses on European Union law, Competition, State aid, and Energy law, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance. Her work includes the analysis of energy sector reforms and the application of EU law in the context of consultation procedures and State aid cases, as well as assisting in drafting submissions before administrative and civil courts.

Prior to joining Metaxas & Associates, she gained experience at the Permanent Representation of Greece to the European Union in Brussels and she participated in international moot court competitions on EU and human rights law.
