Hellenic Energy Regulation Institute

Given our firm’s expertise in energy focused cases, and acknowledging the need for a regulated energy market, we have taken the initiative to launch the Hellenic Energy Regulation Institute (H.E.R.I. – www.energy-regulation.eu). The Institute was established as an open scientific forum where experts and professionals interested in energy regulation have the opportunity to elaborate on interdisciplinary energy issues.

The Institute’s main objective is to conduct research and provide information on Greek and European Energy Law and Regulation issues, not only from a legal but also, from a multidisciplinary point of view. Furthermore, the Hellenic Energy Regulation Institute intends to encourage and facilitate an open dialogue between energy professionals and people active (or interested) in the energy industry, in order to share knowledge on the relevant national and European legal framework. Our aim is to critically observe the enforcement of energy law in both EU and national level, while keeping track of important recent developments and trends in this area.
