M&A Law Firm has successfully represented the leading electricity producer and supplier "ELPEDISON S.A." in its demanding dispute with the Electricity Market Operator in the landmark "thermal cost" case in all court instances. Last week, the Greek Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) in its judgment decided also in favour of Elpedison rejecting the application of the MO. It was an indeed very challenging case involving highly demanding regulatory and legal issues having a broader impact on legal perceptions governing the Greek Energy Market.
