Professor Dr. Antonis Metaxas, Managing Partner of Metaxas & Associates Law Firm and Chairman of the Hellenic Energy Regulation Institute, will participate as Moderator of Panel 11, addressing key developments and challenges shaping the Greek electricity market within the broader context of the interconnected Southeast European energy market.
