Dr. Antonis Metaxas is the Managing Partner of the law firm and a leading authority in European, Energy, Competition and State Aid law. He combines academic distinction with high-level advisory and litigation experience, with a particular focus on energy law disputes of systemic impact, placing him at the forefront of precedent-setting cases and key regulatory developments. Professor Dr. Metaxas is also active in international dispute resolution and has been selected as an arbitrator and expert in EU law related disputes. He is widely recognized by leading international legal directories for his expertise, consistently listed as a leading partner in the energy sector.

In addition to his legal practice, Professor Dr. Metaxas is Associate Professor of EU Law at the University of Athens and serves as Visiting Professor at prominent academic institutions, including TU Berlin. He also serves as Chairman of the Hellenic Energy Regulation Institute and the Hellenic State Aid Institute ( http//www.stateaid.gr ) and he has contributed as an expert to legislative initiatives at both national and European level. He has authored numerous scientific publications in the fields of EU, Competition and State Aid law and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and forums in Greece and abroad. He is the national correspondent for Greece for the European State Aid Law Quarterly (EstAL).
