Prof. A. Metaxas’ study on characteristics and the peculiarities of contracts between RES producers and Electricity Market Operators on the latest issue of “Hellenic Justice”

The recently published issue of the prominent legal Journal “Hellenic Justice” includes Prof. Dr. Metaxas’ study on the characteristics and the peculiarities of contracts between RES producers and Electricity Market Operators. In addition, special reference and analysis is made as to the possibility for Operators to invoke specific objections for the non performance of their contractual obligations and the compatibility of those with EU Law – an issue that has been highly contested in the Greek court jurisprudence in recent years.
