This perspective provides an important framework for understanding the role, legitimacy, and evolution of independent authorities within the EU’s legal and governance architecture, particularly in the financial sector.
The event is expected to bring together distinguished scholars and practitioners for an engaging discussion on the legal and institutional challenges surrounding European financial supervision and governance.
