The National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Association of Scientists of European Studies and all Greek Judicial Associations co-organized on Wednesday March 15th, a scientific event under the title “”.

The President of the Judicial Association of Greek Judges and Prosecutors, Mrs. Margarita Stenioti, the President of the Judicial Association of the Council of State, Mr. Panagiotis Tsoukas, the President of the Administrative Judges Association, Mr. Panagiotis Danias and the President of the Association of Scientists of European Studies, Mr. Asterios Pliakos held the introductory speeches.

Prof. Dr. Antonis Metaxas, General Secretary of the Hellenic Association of Scientists of European Studies, was among the distinguished speakers. His presentation focused on the role of the preliminary reference procedure in achieving a uniform interpretation of EU Law by the national courts of Member States.

'Energy & Geopolitical Challenges for the European Union' | 03.11.2022
