Prof. Metaxas invited to lecture in the EJTN's Online Training for Senior EU Judges
Prof. Dr. Antonis Metaxas, Managing Partner of Metaxas & Associates Law Firm, was invited speaker at the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN). The audience consisted of senior judges of all EU Member States.
His lecture was titled "Member State Liability for breaches of EU Law - The normative framework and the special case of judicial breaches of EU Law".

Last week, the Greek Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) in its judgment decided also in favour of Elpedison rejecting the application of the MO. It was an indeed very challenging case involving highly demanding regulatory and legal issues having a broader impact on legal perceptions governing the Greek Energy Market.
